A proposal prepared for Dan
A Built For More website, community engine, and enrollment system. Built to turn the audience you are growing into a group you can actually lead, and to hand you back the hours you keep telling your clients to protect.
Where this starts
Before I wrote any of this, I read every post on your Instagram and clicked every button on your site. I want to be straight with you about what I found, because it is the whole reason this proposal is short.
The positioning is already good.
"The premier high-performance network for Christian business owners to reclaim 10+ hours a week, eliminate burnout, and lead their families with presence, without sacrificing their revenue." That is a sentence most coaches never get to. You have the person, the pain, and the promise in one line. Community, Group Coaching, Self-Led Modules, Corporate Workshops. The architecture is there too.
None of it is connected. "Schedule Free Consultation" is not a link. The four service cards are not links. There is no email capture anywhere on the page. The one link on the site that works points to GrowthDay.
Your bio says "Join my community, coming soon." Right now there is nowhere for anyone to say yes.
You do not need a strategist. You already paid for that, and it worked. You need the thing underneath it built, and you need someone who is not you to build it.
The rebuild
This is not a teardown. You made real decisions about who you are and what this should look like, and most of them were right. The work is finishing the parts that were never connected.
A working concept preview. Click the buttons. They all go somewhere.
The experience
A calm, obvious path from first scroll to first session, on his phone, at 10pm, without you in the room.
He searches, or a reel stops him mid-scroll, and he lands somewhere that carries the same weight you do in person.
Your story, his questions, and the framework in ninety seconds. He recognizes himself before he reads a price.
One tap onto the Built For More list. No form maze, no waiting on a callback that may not come.
He picks the cohort, the 1:1 track, or a module, and pays. Stripe, straight into your account.
He lands inside with a first step already waiting, and the follow-ups keep him moving when motivation dips.
The build
Not a list of software. These are the five jobs the system has to do, in the order a stranger moves through them. All of it is built on your domain, in your name.
A fast site that says the right thing to the right man, structured so search engines understand it and your reels finally have somewhere to send people.
The waitlist becomes the main event. One tap, and a name you own, rather than a follower you are renting from Instagram.
Booking and intake for the consultation, enrollment for the cohort, and checkout for the man who is ready without a call. Payments run through Stripe, straight into your account.
Sequences that run between cohorts so the list is still listening when the next one opens, built out of the content you are already making.
One page of plain numbers. Where they came from, where they stopped, and what to change next. Not a dashboard you need a course to read.
Domain, list, content, and accounts are in your name from day one. If you ever want to run this without me, you can, and I hand you the keys.
Working together
The point of this engagement is that you spend your hours on the two things only you can do: coaching men, and showing up on camera.
Lock the positioning, the offer ladder, and the pricing. Gather story, photos, and proof.
Site, waitlist, booking, checkout, and the first sequences go up on a staging link you can walk through.
Your edits, content load, mobile pass, and a full test of every path a man can take.
Go live, point the domain, open the waitlist, and start collecting names.
The investment
Same system either way. The only question is who runs it after launch. Pick the one that matches the time you actually have, not the time you wish you had.
Tier One
I build it, document it, and train you. Then the keys are yours.
then $500 / month
Read this before you pick it. I have watched this option go quiet more than once. The system ships, it is beautiful, and then you get busy with clients. Three months later the emails have not gone out, the waitlist is cold, and it feels like the system failed. It did not. Nobody ran it. Take this tier only if you will genuinely spend the hour a week.
Secure checkout. The $500 monthly starts after launch, billed separately.
Tier Two · Recommended
I build it and I operate it. You are the collaborator and the final approver.
then $1,100 / month
Why I am pointing you here. You told me the hard part is waiting until you know what you are doing before you do it. This tier removes that gate. The machine runs whether or not this was the week you felt ready.
Secure checkout. The $1,100 monthly starts after launch, billed separately.
You are not locked in. Start at Tier One and move to Tier Two whenever you want. The difference in build fee applies as a credit, so choosing the smaller option now never costs you more later. There is no long contract on either tier. The monthly is month to month, and you can stop it.
One piece of context on the number. You told me a 1:1 engagement runs $6,000. Tier Two, all in for a full year, is about three of those. Tier One is a little over one. Every coaching package I have seen aimed at your market asks for $14,000 up front and hands back nothing that keeps working after the calls end.
Next step
Pick a tier above, or send me one line and we will talk it through. If something here is wrong, tell me and I will change it. This is your business, not my proposal.
